Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

Cees assists parties in the sale and purchase of companies and shares. Acquisitions take place in many sectors, due to consolidations, market entrants and/or generations who quit the business or want to explore other opportunities. Sometimes Cees is called in from the start of negotiations, at other times when parties have agreed on the main points and the agreements have to be put on paper. Even at this documentation stage, many points often still come up for negotiation between the parties. Cees therefore wants to know what is important to you as a buyer or seller and what circumstances in the market or sector apply. This also goes for the other party's motives. This helps Cees to contribute ideas and work on solutions that are workable for you, but also for the other party.

Cees certainly does not do the job alone, but works closely with you and your other advisers.
