Our financing team advises borrowers and financiers on financing and security issues. This includes providing or attracting senior financing, junior financing or a combination of the two. We are particularly active in project finance in the sustainable energy sector, including solar, geothermal and wind. We also advise various horticulturalists on financing issues. In doing so, we pay close attention to the timely inclusion of all stakeholders in order to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible. Furthermore, we assist borrowers and financiers in the event of imminent or actual recovery and enforcement of security interests. Some recent examples from practice:
