Area development and project development
The lawyers in our team have many years of experience in drafting and reviewing contracts related to property and in negotiating and renegotiating such contracts. This is partly due to our involvement in both large and small area developments, and the development and realisation of property projects, both greenfield and inner city projects and redevelopment. We support our clients in a broad sense. This includes the formalisation of joint ventures, operating agreements, turnkey contracting and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, real rights in long leases and building leases, and the establishment of financing and securities.
